This hillside was a bore until we helped the home owner out and created a hillside that is magnificent.

This is the original pond that Mr. Nicholls started with. With the two additional expansions, we were able to incorporate it.

The waterfeature was virtually unknown until the first expansion in which a stream was brought down the hillside into a new pond of about 11 x 16.

Now the new and expanded water feature has three main waterways including an 8' wide waterfall, and overall vertical change of 16' and numerous ephemeral streams, a bridge and an unbeleivable view of the bay, sitting only about 300' from the shore.

The grandiose view in which his neighbors love to stroll by on a nightly basis in the summer time to enjoy the sights and sounds as well as the enjoyment Mr. Nicholls has from his deck. Even when the weather isn't ideal for sitting on the deck, he can open his window and can listen to it all night long in the living room or in the bedroom.
