Simply Clear
Simply-Clear is a stable fast-acting bacteria that feeds on small size organic materials that often cause cloudy water conditions. As the bacteria rapidly grow they shed their outer coating which acts as natural flocculent clumping the fine particles. As the fine particles clump together they either drop to the bottom of the pond or are removed by the pond filter. Once the particles are clumped together the bacteria have a concentrated food source eliminating it from the water. The fast-acting bacteria are extremely efficient at breaking down dissolved proteins that are associated with poor water clarity. Simply-Clear bacteria will quickly clear pond water and digest and eliminate the floating particles.
- Initial Dose or Quick Clean-up: Add 2 oz. (60 ml) per 250 US gallons (946L) of pond water twice a week for 2 weeks

Salt
Salt is essential for fish health. Koi and goldfish need salt to control their electrolyte balance. Salt also maintains the natural slime coating fish need to fight off fungus and disease. 2% Salt will not harm plants.
- Use 1-2 lbs. per 100 gallons of pond water under normal conditions
- Use 3 lbs. per 100 gallons when treating for disease

- Dosages under 0.2% will not harm aquatic plants. 2% will kill everything in the pond
- It is not recommended to keep a salt level present in your pond at all times. Studies have found that key bacteria and parasites are becoming resistant to the effects of salt from over exposure. Only use salt when you have fish with lesions or uncharacteristic tendencies (staying away from the other fish, unusually inactive, etc.)
