Each light housing is epoxy filled at the bottom where the cord enters; this eliminates water from entering the light even if the cord is damaged! Install Items
EasyPro Black Waterfall Foam is a premium grade, made in the U.S.A. product that is superior to other brands - especially the cheap imported ones! Use this black foam to fill in cracks between rocks to prevent water from being "lost" over the waterfall.

Aerators
EPA1 High-quality, continuous duty aeration system is ideal for both summer time aeration and winter time deicing. Powered by a long lasting, super quiet air compressor that costs only pennies per month to operate! Kit includes compressor, 12' vinyl tubing and air diffuser. Will operate up to 4' deep. 115 volt compressor draws only 7 watts! Compressor on EPA1 aerator needs to be protected from the weather
LA5N & LA10N These diaphragm linear aeration kits now include weather proof compressors allowing use outdoors without further protection. Powered by quiet, continuous duty compressors, these small aerators do a great job of aerating all year long. While not equal in quality to the piston type linear compressor (below), the diaphragm style compressors are a great value!

Heaters
We have found the best results throughout the winter are when a heater (de-icer) and an aerator are used in unison. This allows the heater to keep a hole in the ice, while the aerator is pumping oxygen into the pond for your fish. While in some climates one or the other may suffice, here in northern Michigan, we recommend all of our customers use both.
